arc21 is a waste and resource management contracting authority representing 6 councils  on the east coast of Northern Ireland.

It works with their partner councils and their 1.1M residents to ensure that statutory waste and resource management requirements are delivered.

It develops and secures infrastructure, and drives forward innovation in the circularity of resources.
